Quality Building Award (QBA) 2024. Since its inception in 2000, this biennial Award has
stood as a beacon of excellence in Hong Kong's construction and real estate sectors. It
is widely recognized as the most prestigious industry accolade, celebrating outstanding
contributions to the community and driving the continuous advancement of Hong Kong.

I am incredibly honored to have been invited to serve on the esteemed Jury Panel of QBA
2024, representing the esteemed Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers.
Witnessing the exceptional entries for this year's award, I have been truly impressed by
the commitment to sustainability and the exemplary display of teamwork, innovation,
meticulous planning, and flawless execution in each project.

Under the visionary theme of "Empowering Innovation | Sustaining Green | Generating
Wellness," QBA 2024 aims to inspire the industry to craft innovative, eco-friendly
solutions for the betterment of society. This involves a holistic approach to serving every
community with the utmost dedication and expertise. It is immensely gratifying to see
the project teams embodying these values seamlessly and effectively.
