The Quality Building Award (QBA) stands as a testament to over two decades of
unwavering excellence, resonating positively within the industry. Each award
submission reflects a steadfast commitment to high-quality work, and the
awe-inspiring buildings crafted by awardees continue to astound us.

It is with great honour that I have been invited once again to join the jury panel for this
biennial event. The theme of QBA 2024, “Empowering Innovation | Sustaining Green |
Generating Wellness,” ignites our collective passion. It beckons the industry to forge
innovative, eco-friendly solutions that holistically benefit society, weaving wellness into
the very fabric of our cities.

The exceptional teamwork of the QBA 2024 awardees radiates brightly. These
architectural marvels not only emphasise technical precision and aesthetic allure, but
also prioritise people’s comfort and sustainability, echoing the theme of this year. Allow
me to extend my heartfelt congratulations to all winners for their outstanding
achievements. We look forward to their continual effort to enhance professional
excellence in the future.
