I wish to extend my warmest congratulations to the successful organization of the
Quality Building Award 2024.

With the commitments and joint efforts from the QBA organizers, this biennial event has
become a key platform for industry experts to share experience, explore innovative and
sustainable ideas and broaden horizon with a view to further enhancing building quality.

I am delighted to see that the Award this year has added a new category of “Building in
GBA” to recognize remarkable building projects in the Greater Bay Area, showcasing
outstanding achievements and fostering collaboration between Hong Kong and the
region.

I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate all awardees for their
dedication and professionalism, and look forward to their continued effort in promoting
the theme marked for this year “Empowering Innovation | Sustaining Green |
Generating Wellness” for our industry.
