- Download Nomination Forms: Nominations with duly completed and signed nomination forms (Please download it here), together with submission fee, supporting drawings, photos, text and data, must be submitted to the QBA2010 Secretariat Office.
- Submission Deadline: on or before 12 noon, Friday, 15 January, 2010
- Submission Address: QBA2010 Secretariat Office: Room 1106-08, 11/F, C. C. Wu Building, 302-308 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
- Late submissions will NOT be accepted

- All nominations, including text and supporting materials, should be put into CD-ROMs / DVD-ROMs for submission.
- All nomination forms and texts should be written in English [Supplement with Chinese content if required]. The following supporting documents are considered as valid illustrations of projects and can be submitted together with completed nomination forms:
- Drawings;
- Photos;
- Plans;
- Charts and graphs; and
- Master programs.
- A maximum of 10,000 words to illustrate the merits under the judging criteria. (please refer to ˇ§Judging Criteriaˇ¨ for details).
- A maximum of 20 sheets of content materials for each nominated project.
- Min. 6 electronic image files showing the entry project. [Format: in ˇ§.tifˇ¨ or ˇ§.jpgˇ¨ format and image size not less than 350 dpi]
- All materials should be submitted in THIRTEEN digital copies (i.e. DVDs, VCDs, CD-ROMs, etc.).
- The QBA2010 Organizing Committee reserves the right to reproduce, print and publish the material submitted in either paper or electronic format, or for any use in association with this event.
