Hong Kong Residential Category

• Submission Requirements: Nominated buildings should be practically completed in the period between 1 January 2007 and 30 June 2009.
• The sole purpose of the nominated buildings should be for residential use.

Hong Kong Non-Residential Category

• Submission Requirements: Nominated buildings should be practically completed in the period between 1 January 2007 and 30 June 2009.
• The sole purpose of the nominated buildings should be for non-residential use.

Project Outside Hong Kong Category

• Submission Requirements: Nominated buildings should be practically completed in the period between 1 January 2007 and 30 June 2009.
• Nomination MUST be made by ONE of the 7 major team members who is a registered member of any of the nine professional organizing institutes of QBA 2010.

Special Awards Category

• Community Institutional Facilities
• Environmental and Construction Technologies
