- Download Nomination Forms: Nominations with duly completed and signed nomination forms (Please download it here), together with submission fee, supporting drawings, photos, text and data, must be submitted to the QBA2008 Secretariat Office.
- Submission Deadline: on or before 12:00 noon, Monday, 31 December, 2007
- Submission Address: QBA2008 Secretariat Office: Room 2704, 27/F, CC Wu Building, 302-308 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong
- Late submissions will NOT be accepted
- Nomination Fee: HK$5,000 for each nomination (Nomination fee is non-refundable once submitted)
- Nomination Format¡G¡@
- All nominations, including text and supporting materials, should be bound into A3-sized 420mm W x 297mm H) booklets for submission.
- All nomination forms and texts should be written in English. The following supporting documents are considered as valid illustrations of projects and can be attached and submitted together with completed nomination forms:
- Drawings;
- Photos;
- Plans;
- Charts and graphs; and
- Master programs.
- A maximum of 10,000 words can be submitted to illustrate the merits in accordance with different selection criteria (please refer to ¡§Judging Criteria¡¨ for details).
- A maximum of 20 pages (in 3-sized) of supporting materials can be submitted for each nominated project.
- Nomination booklets should be submitted in TWELVE hardcopies and accompanied by TWELVE digital copies (i.e. DVDs, VCDs, CD-ROMs, etc.).
- The QBA2008 Organizing Committee reserves the right to reproduce, print and publish the material submitted in either paper or electronic format, or for any use in association with this event.
