Application Nominations with duly completed and signed nomination forms (Download here), together with nomination fee, supporting document and photo of the nominated buildings must be submitted to the QBA2006 Secretariat Office: Creative Consulting Group, Room 2712, 27/F, C C Wu Building, 302-308 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong (Tel: 852-2372-0090, Fax: 852-2372-0490) on or before 12:00 noon, Saturday 31 December 2005. No consideration would be given to any late submission. Nomination Fee HK$3,000 for each nomination. The nomination fee is non-refundable once it is submitted. Submitted nomination fee of any ineligible building or project will not be refunded also.
