  3. Smart design to enable smart construction, operation and maintenance
  4. Implementation of Design for safety [(including Construction Design and Management (CDM) ]
  5. Total quality and risk management
  6. Solutions for challenges and limitations

Construction Stage

  1. Smart construction to achieve quality, cost, time and safety deliverables (BIM, MIC, DFMA, MIMEP, CSSM, DWSS, SSSS, Robots, System and Automation etc
  2. Construction Planning, Collaboration and communication 
  3. Digitation and innovation for construction
  4. Supply chain management

Occupation Stage

  1. Smart property and facility management to enhance owner/tenant's satisfaction and operation efficiency

GREEN AND SUSTAINABILITY (30 marks)

Project Development and Design Stage

  1. Mission, policies, strategies and targets for green and sustainable development
  2. Green and energy saving design
  3. Aiming for carbon neutrality

Construction Stage

  1. Green and sustainable construction to mitigate/control wastage and pollutions
  2. Energy saving and low-carbon construction methods
  3. Green procurement for construction products (materials)
  4. Use of carbon assessment tool

Occupation Stage

  1. Green property and facility management to mitigate/control wastage and pollutions
  2. Green promotion through engagement and communication
  3. Application of energy efficiency, resources management, indoor environmental quality and emission reduction

CARING (30 marks)

Project Development and Design Stage

  1. Team building and external engagement
  2. ESG and cultural deliverables
  3. Design for safety (DCM)
  4. Design for universal accessibility

Construction Stage

  1. Caring provisions to workers, passerby and neighbour
  2. Implementation of ESG on site
  3. Welfare facilities on site

Occupation Stage

  1. Caring policy and programme for owners/tenants
  2. Implementation of ESG as part of property management
  3. Social and cultural engagement with tenants/customers for generating wellness and satisfaction
