Design as a “game-changing retailtainment destination”, 11
SKIES at Hong Kong International Airport is set to become the
city’s largest one-stop retailtainment and tourism landmark. The
project plays an integral role in the government’s master plan for
a public transit and transportation hub for the Greater Bay Area,
and is also a major part of the SKYCITY development creating
perfect synergy with the surrounding hotel facilities and attractions
like Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Ngong Ping 360 and the Big
Buddha to enhance the overall appeal of Lantau as an ultimate
tourism and leisure destination.
With a gross floor area of 3.8 million sq. ft., 11 SKIES is home
to Hong Kong’s largest indoor entertainment hub spanning over
570,000 sq. ft., as well as 2.66 million sq. ft. dedicated to dining
and retail outlets, and 570,000 sq. ft. for grade A office space,
namely K11 ATELIER 11 SKIES. 11 SKIES Phase 1 is a brand-
new landmark in Hong Kong for locals and tourists, including K11
ATELIER 11 SKIES and part of the retailtainment area.
At the core of 11 SKIES is the commitment to a more sustainable
and smarter future. Sustainability is embedded in the project's life
cycle from design, construction to management and more, and it
achieved BEAM Plus (New Buildings) v1.2 Provisional Platinum
